What do you run?

The New-Customer Read

What a new customer really costs you on Google, once your own brand name is taken out.

  • How much of your Google spend goes to your own brand name.
  • What each campaign is bidding toward.
  • What a non-brand order costs, and what Google says a new customer costs where the account tracks it.
  • The 3 things I’d fix first.

On a sports-nutrition brand I run: $41.23 per first-time buyer once brand search and bottom-of-funnel Shopping are taken out. Northbeam, Jan–Aug 2026. How I run Shopify accounts

What happens next

  1. Fill in the form. It takes about two minutes.
  2. I reply within an hour to set a time.
  3. Share read-only access before we talk, if you can. If not, we look at it live on screen.

Read-only access can’t change anything in the account, and you can remove it any time.

Before you book.

Is this a sales call?

It’s a review of your account. At the end, if there’s a fit, I’ll say what working together would look like. If there isn’t, you still keep the 3 fixes.

What does working together cost?

I quote at the end of the Read, once I’ve seen the account and we both know it’s a fit. You get the fee and the terms in writing before anything starts. The Read itself is free.

Do I have to give you access?

It helps. Read-only access can’t change anything, and you can remove it any time. If you’d rather not, share your screen on the call and we look at it together.

Who’s on the call?

Me. I’m the person who would run the account.

We already have an agency.

That’s fine. The Read works as a second opinion. The 3 fixes are yours either way, and you can hand them to whoever runs the account.
