How I work.

Tracking first.

Google has to count the right thing before anything else moves. For a store, that’s purchases, counted once. For a home-services company, it’s real calls and booked jobs.

You own the account.

The Google Ads account and its data are yours from day one. If we stop working together, you keep them.

Every change gets a date.

Before a change is made, I write down the date we’ll judge it on. One slow week is noise.

Slack and reporting.

You get a shared Slack channel with me, and reporting on the numbers we agreed at the start. We get on a call when there’s a decision to make.

No guarantees.

If you want a guaranteed ROAS or a guaranteed cost per booked job, I’m not the right hire.
